Founded by multidisciplinary artist Rim Zitouni, emerging from the international Ballroom scene, the cultural association House of Yamamoto is dedicated to making art and culture accessible to young people from minority backgrounds. Through innovative artistic projects, workshops, and key events, we celebrate diverse cultures and identities—particularly transgenerational memory—while exploring questions of gender, orientation, and inclusion.

We support emerging talents throughout their artistic and professional journeys by providing spaces for creation, transmission, and visibility. Our mission is to combat prejudice and discrimination by showcasing the richness of cultural diversity as a driving force for inspiration, social transformation, and artistic development.

Born from an emblematic House of the Voguing scene—renowned for its bold aesthetic and strong community commitment—the association now continues its mission in a new form: a structure for support, creation, and transmission, deeply rooted in the values of inclusion, social justice, and representation.
