Created in January 2018 by Rim Zitouni, the association House of Yamamoto aims to support the creation and enhance plural identities by developing the transmission, research and creation of Voguing choreographic culture and Ballroom scene communities, in France and abroad.

MANIFESTO
The cultural association "House of Yamamoto" aims to promote cultural and social differences and to fight against all forms of discrimination through the production of artistic works with a focus on representation and the reapprival of spaces of expression.
The orientation law of July 29, 1998 on the fight against exclusion stipulates that "access to culture" for all citizens is a national objective in the same way as access to housing, training or employment.
Our goals:
- Promote artistic creation through cultural heritage and artistic practices from all horizons
- Accompany young people in the process of professionalization around artistic and creative professions
- Valuing talent and bringing out narratives hitherto relegated to the background or fetish by existing norms
- Create and organize artistic events, projects and interventions in contexts that bring about social impact
L'association "House of Yamamoto" se donne pour mission d'ouvrir l'accès à l'Art et à l'éducation des métiers artistiques et de lutter contre toutes formes de discriminations, stéréotypes et préjugés.
